No. Searching with us is free and there is no obligation to take anything we send you. We don't charge you for finding a property. Our fee is agreed with the owner, not with you. You only pay what the owner asks for the stay itself, such as rent and deposit.
We have two properties of our own, but most of what we offer belongs to owners and hosts we know. Over many years in Tenerife we've built a large network of contacts, which lets us offer different types of properties and stays.
Reliability matters most to us. We offer properties from owners or hosts we know personally. If we ever suggest something from outside our network, we ask to visit it ourselves first. We do everything we can to avoid scams.

We live in Tenerife and have been through every step ourselves — the listings that disappear, the NIE appointments, the empadronamiento queue. FindTenerife started because friends kept asking for help, and it turned out almost everyone moving here needs the same two things: a decent home and someone who knows the paperwork. That's all we do, and we do it personally.
